This 4,000 square foot office building remodel for Watchtower Security is a great example of the client defining an outcome within budget. The work included opening up the space by taking down partition walls, minor electrical work, ceiling tile system replacement, painting, drywall, and replacing the carpeted floors with an epoxy coating concrete floor. All work was finished ahead of schedule and within the budget.
